Prices

All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

Business customers should contact us for prices excluding VAT by providing their CVR number.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order placement is the valid price.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

The amount will be debited from the customer's account upon completion of the order.

Delivery

 

Delivery will be made to the address specified during the order.

The expected delivery time is shown at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping & Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery Time

• 🇩🇰 Denmark: 1–3 business days

• 🇸🇪 Sweden: 2–4 business days

• 🇳🇴 Norway: 2–5 business days

• 🇪🇺 Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

All shipments are sent with GLS.

Tracking your order

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

 

 

Pickup is Free

 

You can choose to pick up your order at the following address:

• Orders received by 3:00 PM can usually be picked up the next business day

• You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup

• Pickup is by prior arrangement

Right to complain

 

When purchasing as a consumer, a 2-year right to complain is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

When purchasing by businesses, a 1-year right to complain is granted.
