Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

 

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt via email to info@professionalhaircare.dk

You then have 14 days to return the item from the date you notified us that you wish to cancel the purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and in substantially the same condition as when received.

The customer is liable for any depreciation in value if the item has been handled in a way other than necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and function.

If the product has been used beyond normal testing, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation in value.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of products where the original seal has been broken.

If the customer wishes to test the product before purchase, this is possible by appointment at our address:

Refunds

 

Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded no later than 14 days thereafter. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

Right to complain

 

When purchasing as a consumer, a 2-year right to complain is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

For purchases made by businesses, a 1-year right to complain is granted from the date of delivery.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered, via email to info@touch-beauty.dk.
